Board of Health

Each of the seven Idaho Districts is governed by a Board of Health composed of seven to eight members appointed by the county commissioners from that District. Each Board of Health employs a District Director to oversee the daily operations of each Health District.

Lewis County, ID
Since 2008
Mr. Davis is the Lewis County representative on our Board of Health, serving since July 2008. He is also a County Commissioner in Lewis County.

Latah County, ID
Since 2011
Mr. McGraw is a Latah County representative on our Board of Health, serving since May 2011. He is also a Latah County Commissioner.

John Allen
Clearwater County, ID
Since 2007
Mr. Allen is a resident of Clearwater County and has been appointed by the Clearwater County commisioners. John has served on the board since 2007.

Shirley Greene
Latah County, ID
Since 1994
Mrs. Green is a resident of Latah County. She served on the Latah county commission and was appointed to the board during her term as commissioner. Shirley has served as a board of health member since 1994.

Douglas Zenner
Nez Perce County, ID
Since 2011 Mr. Zenner is currently a Nez Perce County commisioner. He was appointed to the Board of Health in 2011.

Rose Gehring
Idaho County, ID
Since 2011
Mrs. Gehring is resident of Idaho County. She was appointed to the Board by the Idaho County Commisioners in 2011.

Wm Mannschreck, MD
Nez Perce County, ID
Since 1981
Dr. Mannschreck is a resident of Nez Perce County. He was appointed to the board by the Nez Perce county commissioners in 1981. Dr. Mannschreck serves as our physician on the board of health.
